Green Directors Series - Beetlejuice, Jr. 2025

Meet the Magic Behind Beetlejuice, Jr.: A Youth-Led Production Brewing in Plattsburgh This Summer!

Get ready, North Country! Adirondack Regional Theatre (ART) is conjuring something delightfully spooky and spectacular this summer with its Green Directors Series production of Beetlejuice, Jr. — and it's far from your typical youth theatre experience.

This production blends seasoned guidance with emerging talent, powered by a powerhouse creative team that’s ready to bring Tim Burton’s mischievous world to the stage with fresh energy and dynamic vision.

🎭 At the Helm: Leading this whimsical journey is director Mirren Guzzio, bringing her Green eye to guide a cast of young performers aged 8–18. Supporting her are two up-and-coming assistant directors: Evie Hamilton and Liberty Titus, whose voices and ideas will help shape every eerie detail of the production.

🎶 Making Magic Happen:

  • Charlotte Lincoln serves as Music Director, ready to help the cast bring Beetlejuice’s bizarre ballads and catchy chaos to life.

  • Danielle Criss keeps the show on track as Stage Manager, joined by Harper Richard, a young assistant stage manager who brings incredible ability to create props for this show.

  • Hayley Fountain, our imaginative choreographer, is crafting the creepy, quirky moves you won’t forget.

  • Ever McKay, stepping into the role of young costume designer, is helping stitch together a world that’s stylishly spooky.

  • And overseeing it all is producer LeAnn Yelton, ensuring everything runs smoother than sand through the afterlife.
